Supplement to the Jamzo Privacy Policy

This California Privacy Notice ("Notice") supplements the Jamzo Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). This Notice is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the "CCPA"). Terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.
ScoreSpace, Inc. has collected the following categories of personal information from consumers within the preceding twelve (12) months:
Identifiers Name, email address, username, IP address, account ID.
Personal information under Cal. Civ. Code §1798.80(e) Name, email address.
Internet or network activity Browsing history on Jamzo, search history, interactions with the Platform.
Geolocation data Approximate location derived from IP address.
Professional or employment information Job title, company (if voluntarily provided in profile).
Inferences User preferences, interests based on platform activity.

We do not sell your personal information as defined under the CCPA. We do not engage in the sale of personal information of minors under 16 years of age. Our use of analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) may constitute "sharing" under the CCPA. You have the right to opt out of such sharing (see Section 5 below).
As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA:
You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared your information.
You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (such as completing a transaction, detecting security incidents, or complying with legal obligations).
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
You have the right to opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise this right through our cookie preference controls or by contacting us.
We do not collect or process "sensitive personal information" as defined under the CPRA beyond what is necessary to provide the Platform.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercise your privacy rights.

We will verify your identity before processing your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, provided the agent has your written authorization and we can verify your identity.
We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, which may be extended by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary (with notice to you). You may make a verifiable consumer request up to twice within a 12-month period.
We retain personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not retain personal information for longer than is reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes.
We do not currently offer any financial incentive programs tied to the collection, sale, or deletion of personal information.
In accordance with the CCPA, we will publish annual metrics regarding consumer requests received, complied with, and denied. These metrics will be made available on our website.
We may update this California Privacy Notice from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Notice with a revised effective date.
